Since that time, his company has sold over 15,000 copies of the
A to Z Guide to Film Terms, a pocket-sized dictionary of film lingo. This book has become required reading in colleges and film schools across North America. Intended initially as a side project to augment income from Tim's career doing location scouting for movies and TV shows, the book did so well that TIm created and published a second book, the
A to Z Guide to Hockey Terms in the summer of 2006. He was assisted on this project by his brothers, Perry, Sheldon and Travis, as well as by illustrator Kirk Johns and Desogner Carmen Lane.
